Hello seniors

Printer with BLtouch installed, board version 4.2.2

After long time no print started normally except suddenly while leveling it got hangs while moving to next point, so turned off and found the Y was too tight loosen and started again but the screen was in blank blue forever..

tested the voltages found power is 24Vdc is powering the board 3.2v is OK

K-FAN1&2 has no power, checked the fuse F3 but its OK

Main FAN port has 24v

tested the stop limits was all OK

all the steppers motor output shows no power, i think its OK (the command should come from processor 1st)

also power off the printer and connected the USB to PC and it was powered on and started the BLtouch but screen is on blank.

tried to update the screen firmware but no change.

also tried to update the firmware but no change too.

it looks it stuck in booting or something. or does the STM32 chip fried! (but board looks good)

What do I need to check next? any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance

New idea, don't sure about, does bootloader gone away?! So that's why its hanging before starting, or there is a hardware issue?

Waiting for any suggestions

Solved!!!

Hey people..

finally found the issue after purchasing new board, the issue was with my SD card!! yes its was working and read/write was working by board but unfortunately it can't burn firmware, Why?!

I'll tell you, please follow this steps:

1- You've to Say "By the grace of God"

2- Get a SD card with this only specific details:

A - 4 GB size not less nor greater a single bit of sh!t byte, if you don't have this old one then use any size (even 64GB will work, like i do) partition editor like "AOMEI Partition Assistant" to resize the first partition to 4096Kb

B - Format to FAT32, allocation unit size 4096 bytes

3- Do the firmware as usual

This is for you guys not to waste sh!t of money on working board.
