I just bought my ender 3 v2 and ive had alot of issues with it including this one the print will not stick to it also im really new to the 3d printing community.
The first thing to be sure of is that the bed is level. That makes a great difference. Then ensure that your bed temperature is suitable, I use 65C for PLA.
If you have a glass bed, go and scrub it with a nailbrush in some hot soapy water, rinse with hot water and leave to dry. Then without touching the surface, re-install it and try again. Report back with more information if you still have issues.
