I have no clue what's going on, please help.

Okay, so after trying everything I can think of things have gotten even worse. I have leveled X axis, leveled and releveled the bed, I replaced a rubbing belt, and new wheels that had as best I can describe as a hitch in how it moved. The attached photos are the culmination of my efforts to get this thing to print clean. It's now worse than ever before!

@jbodie Looks like it is not the leveling issue. The printer can not work correctly. Please check your mainboard voltage.
