I am new to the forum, and am hoping I can get some input on my problem. I have been using the Creality Resin Printer, LD-002R for a few months now, but all of a sudden my printer keeps coming up with “Incompatible file” when I attempt to make a print. These are files I have used before with no problems.
have you updated your slicer ? we had the same issue after updating the slicer, we found that updating the firmware on the printer fixed this issue for us
Yes exact same problem I downloaded new version of chitubox, I tried everything then I downloaded lychee slicer and it’s printing again
I am having the exact same problem and am pulling my hair out. I’m going to try the LycheeSlicer and see if that fixes it. I love Chitubox, but if that’s the problem, I’m done with them until they update their software.
I recognize this is an old post but google found this before the real answer, so adding help in case others find this first.
This occurs when using any CTB from Chitubox 1.9+. To resolve this issue, you need to update to the 4.4.3 version firmware which is also, for whatever reason, not on this site but Creality’s other site:
