Hi, i received a S/H ender 3 pro, with a few tweeks got it printing fine, i have now change filement, since then ot appears to be under extuding, i have changed feed gear and nozzle. I have 1kg spool is this a factor that the motor cant pull that much weight, if so how can i combat this.

Hello. Use ball bearings at spool holder, so extruder gears wouldn’t be so much overloaded.

Hi this is Palak

@Hillsey hope you have already solve this problem, however in future if you will get same type of problem again then as @MixxTexx already mentioned you need to use ball bearings at spool holder. And secondly use can reduce spool from 1 KG i.e. you can use 500-600 gm.
