I have tried multiple different emails on multiple different domains and even social media to try and get in touch with them. Goddamn youtubers tricked me into buying from a terrible company.
My dude, this is a question I'd love to know the answer to. The more I have to deal with this printer, these instructions, this website, and this company the more I feel compelled to tell all my friends contemplating purchasing a Creality printer that they need to buy a different brand and stay far away from Creality. Like, go out and preach it like I'm on a holy mission. Your username sums up exactly how I feel at this point.
