Firmware 1.0.4.9
Roughly every 3rd or 4th time I use the bltouch it seems to get offset by -5mm in the offset table. Other times it seems to work fine. When it screws up, if I add 5mm, the offsets align with what I typically get. When the table is off, it carves a nice score into my surface and grinds my nozzle down. This seems like a numerical bug in the firmware, not a simple mechanical issue.
The table at the bottom ("Add 5mm") very closely matches what I typically get from a good bed leveling. The "Screwed up Table" is what it is recording when it ruins my nozzle.
Any idea what is happening?
