Hello, my name is Shawn. I have owned my Enver-3 v2 13 months. I have printed 15 or 20 items and the printer has worked without any problems.

Today, I turned it on and selected Auto-home. There is a slight "clunck" noise, but none of the motors move. The printer stays powered on, the display says "Auto homing...please don't other operation" but nothing moves and I cannot select anything on the display. I have to remove power and reapply power.

If I power on and select Prepare and then Move, none of the X, Y, or Z motors move. I can select any number, but the motors will not move.

I do not have the BLTouch and the firmware says 1.0.1.

Thank you in advance.

-Shawn

I have 24 volts DC feeding the board. I think the motor driver(s) on the main control board has/have died. I'll see about ordering a new board. I'm a bit disappointed. But, I guess this happens.
