I have Ender3 v2 (MB 4.2.2). I installed Trianglelab's Matrix extruder-hotend to my printer. The extruder is working fine and I can print but I have the following problems:

1. Nozzle does not work in correct positions and starts from outside the table. The positions offered by the firm are:
#define MANUAL_X_HOME_POS -40
#define MANUAL_Y_HOME_POS -10

2. The following information is shared for the new heater and thermistor that comes with the Matrix extruder hotend:
“The thermistor within this kit is ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G (select5 in marlin firmware). “

3. The recommended value as e-steps is:

#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 80, 80, 400, 93 }
change it to:
#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 80, 80, 400, 409 }

It should.

How can I adjust these 3 settings? I tried by entering this information on Marlin 2.0.9.2 Firmware. However, this time bltouch did not work.
I would be glad if you could help me in these matters.
