I have recently bought my first printer and I can’t get it to work. The auto home feature tries to spin the filament but is going in the wrong direction and then  just stops permanently. When I manually move it the x moves the blue thing to move the filament but takes it out instead of in. Y moves the bottom tray z moves the arm up and down and  the extruder does nothing.I have not been able to do anything since building it no printing or setting up any calibration so any suggestions would be awesome ty.
