Bugs in Firmware

Not sure where to report bugs that I've come across in the latest firmware, is this it?

Ender3-V2-BLTouch-20201223.bin

So far:
-After canceling a print and then using the "move z" command in the prepare menu, it ejects all the filament as well as moving the z axis.

-The "Z-offset" function in Cura's "build plate adhesion" tab has no effect, (I think) it is expected to change the Z-offset for the first layer. For example, for my first layer I need my z-offset to be -3.20, but after that first layer I need it to pull up to -3.18. If there is another way to do this please, I would greatly appreciate it!

For the first part, there's an issue currently logged here:
https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/19944

For the second part, I haven't used that Cura function - do you have a link I can read up on it to offer any suggestions?
