Hi, have a new Ender 5 Plus less than 2 weeks old. Printer stopped mid print and screen has crashed, switch off and on and hear the fans start but still no screen. Have contacted Creality for support but have a feeling could be something like main board? Still under the 30 day no worry send back guarantee but just reaching out first to see if anyone could suggest a "quick fix" i've checked all the cables for loose connections and took the bottom panel off to check the connections on main board and screen and cannot see anything obvious.
