Hi there

I bought my 1st 3D printer (ender 5 plus ) the other day. I printed all the parts for the Hero me gen 5 and would like to install it, but I read in the gen 5 suite that I would have to update my x and y axis for the BL touch sensor. How do I go about doing this? I read that the firmware on the printer needs to be modified but don't have a clue on how to do it.

Any help or push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Anyone?

It really doesn't make sense that there's a whole 3D printing community out there with no one who'd be willing/able to help or give advice 🙄

@kevin thanks.

I see with the one printer he updates the firmware on the machine via the machine control panel (something the ender 5 plus doesn't allow ) and for the other machine he updates the Marlin firmware on his PC, then flashes the updated firmware to the printer (This is what I need to do, but I have literally no idea how to do it)

What program do I use to edit the firmware on my PC? Where do I get the program? Where do I get the firmware?

@madstayen It is hard to tell. But the lucky thing is there is a video to show you step by step.
