The machine is 6 week old and not had much use, but when I switched on the knob with the controller would not enter into the menu mode and shows a blue screen. I have restarted several times and no effect.
I do not know if the motherboard is down or the board with the screen is down- Any thoughts please.
Amazon say their warranty is 30 days!
