Hi, I got my brand new ender 3 V2 a few week back and I'm still unable to produce a print without issues.
This time looking at it closely, I saw that when warming up and later during the print, PLA comes out from the sides of the nozzle (see video attached).
I opened the fan case and found a big mess of PLA stuck in there.
I don't know what may have caused this, how serious the issue is or how to fix it.
Will it be fine just cleaning it up or do I have to reach out to support/warranty?
These are the pictures of the disaster:

Thanks in advance!
I recommend you contact customer service before cleaning the mess up. They should resend you a new nozzle.
After that, you can try to fix it, clean it up, and then print something without the fan cover on to see how the filament out.
Thank you so much Kevin, I just sent an email to support and I'm waiting for their reply.
Cheers,
Jordi
