Hi I got my ender3 v2 during Christmas, everything are working ok until I tried to connect it with octopi.

The octopi could not able to detect the printer been connected.  I tried to connect it on the pc with CH341 driver installed, again the window didn’t able to tell the printer been connected.

I also tried few different usb cables, none of them work, i event tried to block out +5v pin as suggested from internet, again doesn’t work.

I suspect the usb port on the printer motherboard is faulty, what should i do?

Regards

Sherman

Does your windows detect a new device once you plug the printer? You can check 5v and ground by removing power from printer PSU and connecting just usb. In normal case printer starts and you can navigate with the lcd
