E1 heating/ bed heating issue

Hi all,

I recentyl bought Ender 3 V2. I can't print 90% of models as I'm getting those 2 errors from the subject. I'm not sure what causes those 2 errors. When I choose file to print the bed starts to heat and then I get loading bar and screen resets itself. Any thoughts ?
