Ive finished upgrading to the ender 4 2.7 board with Bl touch 3.1 . I ve flashed the Marlin 2.0 Bugfix with Bl touch . The EEPROM is asking to stay the same or update. What is the correct way to do this.

The EEPROM should also be updated with the new firmware. It will clear all the previous machine setting( includes your customized settings) and reset to its new default.
