Trouble Printing - Ender 3 Pro

Hello everyone!

Bear with me as I am new to 3D printing. I have two Ender 3 Pro printers. One printers amazing and the other does not. They use the exact same filament and setting from Cura Slicer (the recommended).

problem: when my printer starts the filament in the purge ring is stringy but then when it goes to print my main object it goes wide on the corners and then I let it sit for 30 minutes and it just looked like a rats nest of filament. Nothing stuck and it did not look anything like my expected. I have leveled it a TON and my boyfriend as well lol. I use the Creality glass bed for both and I used the magnetic one that is stock on both as well. This one has always had issues since day 1 and I’m just confused as to why it doesn’t print well like my other. I have tried different filament and bed surfaces but still prints off. I even checked the process in Cura and it shows it should print well but doesn’t and when I use the exact same file on my other good printer it prints perfectly.

if needed I can supply a photo once I get back home!

thank you
