[Solved] The extruder doesn't move the filament

When the extruder motor is moved it doesn’t move the filament with it. You can see this behavior in the attached video. I think this might be because I messed with a few of the screws in it, but screwing them all the way back in doesn’t work either. This is on a brand new Ender 3. I removed the tube that brings the filament to the nozzle to make it easier to see the filament coming out of the extruder. Could you help me with this?

It looks like I lost a part that’s supposed to go under the closest screw in the extruder-2.jpg image I shared. Can I get a replacement part for this?

Found it! It turns out that while I was unscrewing that screw the part fell. I shook the printer a bit and the part fell out. I’m currently printing the cat gcode file included on the SD card and it is working. Let this be a lesson to me to be careful while disassembling things.
