[Sticky] how to get tube to stay connected at the top where the filament enters?
set up our new Ender 3 printer. the white tube at the top where the filament enters the tube is a problem. during setup it’s supposed to be just snap it into the extruder. But IT WONT stay IN the extruder. It does not click or snap in. Nothing we do seems to work. Every time we try to print the tube comes from the pressure of the filament passing into it.
Any suggestions to fix this would be a huge help.
@tlhlane Sorry I not sure I understand correctly. could you please share a picture?
Hey, finally one I can answer !
those little blue clips are important .
they wedge between the screw in part, and the push in part to lock them together.
make sure you do the same at the top of the Bowden tube as well or it will push that off as well.
@kevin Especially with my limited experience.
Guess how I found out about it LOL.
Left for a while and came back to 3 feet of filament between the feeder and the now disconnected Bowden tube . So I had to find the 2 clips I didn’t think I’d need. ?
