Hi, I am new to 3d printing. I have an Ender 3 (bought used but in good shape).  It has the BL touch sensor.  I am trying to load a file to test it but it does not read my micro sd disc in the menu.  It also does not give me the option to Print from disc or even show "No Disc". I have tried a micro SD reformated with the SD card format tool and I have tried a USB drive into the USB port with no luck

USB was also formated with FAT 32 before loading the simple test file.

I would really appreciate any advice on getting this printer to read discs.

Shaun

@scasey  Have you used the other SD cards and is it the same situation?

No I have only tried one SD card and I have tried a USB Drive.  What type and Size of Micro SD works the best?   What is the best formatting FAT32?  or?

What I cant understand is that there is nothing in the menu that even says "No Disc" or "print from Disc"

What shoudl I try next?

@scasey  16GB SD card and formatting FAT32 should be fine. Card slot or card can be faulty.
