I'm having trouble getting the z-offset set on my Ender 3 Pro. Just upgraded to the 4.2.7 mainboard, touchscreen control panel, and the BLTouch to my printer yesterday. Had an issue with the z-axis not lowering but fixed that issue, I thought. Seems to be an issue with firmware. Also unsure of how to set up z-offset with the new touchscreen.

@crimsondragon38 Hi, I am a Venom fan. Have you changed the firmware coding to fix the issue?

@kevin No, I'm not personally familiar with how to do that. Attached is the firmware that I would be using.

@crimsondragon38 Creality Tech guy sent me this. Try to re-flash it, do not forget to format the sd card and rename the bin file with a simple number.

@kevin can both be put on the sd card at the same time? and which file should I use out of the DWIN_SET?

I have reflashed it numerous times and the z-axis still won't lower.

@kevin ok, I'm using the upgrade touchscreen for the ender 3 pro not for the v2.

@kevin followed everything they did and it still isn't lowering. does it make a difference that i'm using the 3/2 set up and not the 5 pin setup.

@crimsondragon38 Have you used the adapter board? Yes, it has an impact.

@kevin no adapter board. plugged straight into the 32 bit 4.2.7 mainboard. is there only supposed to be 65 files on the screen firmware? on the video it showed like 120

@crimsondragon38 Video only shows you a method of how to flash the firmware. Never mind about the files. The Creality Tech guy sent me these two files according to your situation.
