My CR-6-SE crashes after about an hour of printing
I have had this printer for about a half year now, it has been flawless. Two days ago it crashed after printing all night. I’ve since tried printing smaller items without problems, but when printing a 3 by 4 inch box, it crashes after printing successfully for about one hour or so. The moveable table shifts position, causing it to run to the end limits of the drive motors. This has happened four times now. I’ve gone through all of the screws, electrical connections and so on, nothing is loose. I am currently printing with a different SD card, just in case.
Take a look at the attached creality printout jpg that shows what is happening.
The question is what can cause this sort of problem? And, how do I fix it?
H’mmm, no postings on this web page????
At any rate, I’ve solved my problem. It wasn’t the printer, it was the Creality Slicer program itself. I uninstalled the slicer program completely, and re-installed it. And, that appears to have solved the crashing problem.
