Bought two printers (CR-6 SE) and one writes well, while the other writes "messy".
As you can see, the one on the right is ok, while the other (left) is not.
You can also see the difference in height.
Here's what I've tried:
Changed filament Changed nozzle Calibrated 1000 times Check the tensions in the gear straps Tried different z-heights (0.15/0.2/0.25/0.3)
What else can I try?
( It was like this from the beginning, they're a week old)
@etsmaster Are they the same Cura setting? Looks like retract setting issue, but the height is far away from each other. which height is right? I guess the one with a little grey is the perfect one, right? So the bad printer did not print the correct height for the white one.
It is a kind of new machine, so I strongly recommend you contact the seller to resend you a new one. Because it will take you so much time to find out where is the problem, and maybe it did not work.
