I'm struggling to pull the hot end apart.

The small cooling fan on the assembly failed and I was printing PETG, so I suspect the inside of the hot end it a gooey mess of filament and PTFE tubing.  Noting is going in or coming out - including the PTFE tube.  Does anyone have any ideas how I remove the PTFE tube from the Bowden?  I'm about to put the assembly (without heater and thermistor) into the oven for an hour or two on 240C, but I'd like to try everything else first 🙂

@grantc Hi, friend. Do not do that. Please see how to clean the nozzle in the following video.

Try to do it from the nozzle if the pneumatic joint is clipping it too hard.

First detach the tube from the extruder side where it feed in.  Then heat up and remove the nozzle, push the whole tube thru the heat break to remove it from the nozzle side.

Thanks for sharing this valuable content. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers were creating content as good as you do, the website would be more useful than ever.
