Hello,
I have a cp-01 model printer. While 3D printing, the filament does not flow from the nozzle tip, but it continues to write. It makes printing movements without flowing filament. I need your support for this problem.
Note: Nozzle or anywhere is not clogged. I have tried it manually many times. The filament comes out of the mouth when idle.

Hi,

I have a similar problem with the CP-01.

Usually it stops 2 -4 % through a print, with about 1.5mm of layers on the bed I tried different files , same issue.

It seems a common problem, with a few suggested solutions.

Currently I’m trying a print with :

A change from Marlin G Code to Makerbot G Code.

Cooling Fan off.

.2mm layer

210C extruder with PLA

50C hotplate , untill 3-4mm is built then manually turned down to room temp.

A tighter filament securing screw ( on the front of the extruder)

So far I have about 7mm of build on the hotplate,my best result so far.

I fear this 3D printer will end up just as a laser engraver.

Glad it was on sale.
