I've found firmware from a different source that worked and its a v2 . Thank you

So I have been fighting this same issue for months. I finally just went back to the original stock firmware for the board listed on the Creality site for the Ender 3 v2 from August. Ran the firmware on the printer and voila! I can now get it to move. So far just used the auto home but it is better than it doing nothing.
