Gee. I don’t know if I can help you but maybe you can help me. I have the CR10V2 as well. The sample model printed fine. I left the printer on over the weekend. It stopped working. I was given instructions by cs@creality.com to reinstall firmware. But I can’t figure out which files to choose to reinstall. There seemed to be two choices, and one is Titan. But there were more than one file to install and when I tried the installer nothing happened to my knowledge. Should I try the Marlin firmware? Does it work?

Okay, stupid me!  I had the blue screen of death and so I uploaded what I thought was the right bin file but NO.  My Ender 3 Pro now will not show me the old “print” option.  Now it says “print from TF card” and will not show my gcode files so I can’t print.

I tried to flash a older bin file to try to get back to what was great but it is not taking the file.

Is there anyway I can “unflash” it or somehow get back to that blue screen so I can flash a older version that will let me print again.

Thanks, in advance for any and all help. Jim
